What is National Contractor Service?
National Contractor Service is a contractor connection platform. We help connect homeowners, property owners, businesses, and real estate professionals with vetted contractors organized by trade and service area.
Is there a fee to submit a project request?
No. Submitting a project request is free. There is no charge, no credit card required, and no obligation.
How quickly will I hear from a contractor?
Response times vary depending on trade, location, and contractor availability. Our team reviews each request before routing it. We do not promise instant responses, but we work to connect you as quickly as possible.
Will my information be shared with multiple contractors?
No. We do not blast your information to multiple companies. Your details are shared only with a matched contractor after the request has been reviewed.

What happens if my area is full?
You will be placed on a free waitlist. When a spot opens in your trade and service area, you will be notified and can complete enrollment at that time.
How are leads sent to me?
Project requests are not automatically sent. An admin reviews each request and routes it based on trade, service area, and fit. You will receive project details and can choose to accept or pass.
Can I be removed from the network?
Contractors that fail to communicate, repeatedly decline requests without explanation, or demonstrate unprofessional behavior may be removed from the network. Our goal is to maintain a roster of contractors that people can rely on.
