National Contractor Service (NCS)
Membership Agreement & Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 30, 2026

National Contractor Service (NCS) is operated by TDR Consulting Group LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, owned by TDR Holding Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. This Agreement governs all memberships, accounts, website access, member resources, communications, events, and services offered by NCS.

1. Purpose of Membership

NCS is a private contractor membership network built around professional relationships rather than the sale of leads. Membership is intended to provide access to business resources, educational content, networking opportunities, strategic introductions, preferred vendor relationships, and other benefits that support long-term business growth. NCS does not promise work, referrals, contracts, or financial results.

2. Eligibility and Approval

Membership is subject to Company approval. Applications may be evaluated based on licensing, insurance, experience, reputation, professionalism, responsiveness, service area, and other factors. The Company may approve, deny, defer, or place applicants on a waiting list without obligation to explain its decision.

3. Membership Categories

The Company may offer contractor, supplier, affiliate, commercial partner, premium, county-exclusive, statewide, or other membership classifications. Membership features and pricing may change as the platform evolves.

4. County & Trade Exclusivity

Where advertised, NCS may limit the number of members within a particular trade and geographic area. Exclusivity is a membership benefit and not a vested property right. The Company reserves the right to modify territories, categories, and capacity to maintain the health of the network.

5. Wait Lists

When an exclusive position is unavailable, applicants may be placed on a waiting list. Placement on a waiting list does not guarantee future acceptance.

6. Membership Benefits

Benefits may include profile listings, networking, educational materials, member-only resources, business tools, discounts, consulting resources, strategic introductions, industry events, government resource links, vendor programs, software discounts, and future services. Benefits may be added, modified, or discontinued without creating contractual entitlement.

7. No Guarantee of Work

NCS is not a lead generation company and does not guarantee projects, customers, requests for proposals, introductions, revenue, profitability, return on investment, or any minimum level of activity. Members acknowledge that value is derived from the overall ecosystem and participation.

8. Billing, Renewals and Cancellations

Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Members authorize recurring charges using their selected payment method. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination. Unless otherwise stated, membership fees are non-refundable after a billing period begins.

9. Member Standards

Members agree to maintain required licensing and insurance, conduct business honestly, communicate professionally, respond to prospective clients within a commercially reasonable time, comply with applicable laws, and avoid conduct that could damage the reputation of NCS or its members.

10. Complaints and Discipline

The Company may investigate complaints involving fraud, repeated non-responsiveness, unethical conduct, failure to honor agreements, abusive behavior, criminal activity affecting business operations, or other conduct inconsistent with the goals of the network. The Company may issue warnings, suspend benefits, terminate membership, or permanently deny future participation at its discretion.

11. Website and Platform Use

Members shall not misuse the website, scrape data, copy proprietary databases, impersonate others, interfere with platform operations, upload malicious software, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, graphics, educational materials, databases, software, website content, and member resources are the exclusive property of TDR Consulting Group LLC unless otherwise indicated. No ownership rights are transferred through membership.

13. Privacy

Collection and use of information is governed by the NCS Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

14. Disclaimer

NCS is not a construction contractor, broker, employment agency, insurer, licensing authority, or guarantor. Decisions made by members or third parties remain their sole responsibility.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from membership or use of the platform. Members remain solely responsible for contracts, estimates, employees, subcontractors, workmanship, code compliance, taxes, insurance, permits, collections, and warranties.

16. Indemnification

Members agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from the member’s business activities, misconduct, or violation of this Agreement.

17. Changes

The Company may revise this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the platform following publication of revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

18. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal proceeding shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in New Jersey unless otherwise required by law.
