Welcome to National Contractor Service

National Contractor Service is built on the belief that strong relationships create stronger businesses.

We’ve created a private membership ecosystem that brings together skilled contractors, homeowners, businesses, property managers, developers, municipalities, vendors, and industry professionals, all with one common goal: creating meaningful opportunities for one another.

For contractors, it’s an opportunity to grow through matched project requests, strategic relationships, trusted vendor partnerships, and a network of professionals who understand the value of working together.

For homeowners, businesses, and organizations, it’s a better way to connect with experienced contractors who are committed to quality, professionalism, and service.

At NCS, every new relationship has the potential to create a new opportunity.

As our community grows, so does the value of being part of it.

Where Relationships Become Revenue.

Contractor Membership: $199/month

Limited participation by trade and service area. Membership is subject to availability and approval.

Why National Contractor Service

Why Contractors Join

Less Competition

We limit participation within each trade and service area. You are not competing against dozens of companies for the same opportunities.

More Focused Requests

Requests are organized by trade and location. You receive project details relevant to the work you actually do and the areas you actually serve.

Connect Directly With the Customer

You handle the conversation, estimate, scheduling, and next steps just as you would with any other prospective client.

Long-Term Growth

We are building a network focused on long-term visibility and relationships, not short-term lead volume.

1. Purpose

This Code of Conduct establishes the professional standards expected of every NCS member. Maintaining these standards protects the integrity and reputation of the NCS network.

2. Professionalism

Members shall conduct business honestly, ethically, professionally, and in compliance with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and industry standards.

3. Client Communication

Members are expected to respond to inquiries, calls, emails, and messages within a reasonable time. Failure to communicate with prospective or existing clients, repeated failure to return calls, or repeated missed appointments may constitute a violation of this Code.

4. Customer Service

Members shall treat all customers, fellow members, vendors, and NCS staff with professionalism and respect. Repeated complaints regarding customer service, professionalism, or reliability may result in disciplinary action.

5. Payment Practices

Members agree to honor their financial obligations, including NCS membership fees and legitimate business obligations. Evidence of repeated non-payment, returned payments, chargebacks, or other financial misconduct may result in immediate termination.

6. Licensing and Insurance

Members must maintain all licenses, registrations, certifications, and insurance required by law and provide updated documentation upon request.

7. Reputation of the Network

Members shall not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, illegal, or unethical conduct that could damage the reputation of NCS or its members.

8. Complaints

NCS may investigate complaints from customers, members, vendors, or other parties. Multiple substantiated complaints, repeated communication failures, unethical conduct, or behavior inconsistent with this Code may result in disciplinary action.

9. Right to Immediate Termination

NCS reserves the absolute right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, to suspend or immediately terminate a membership whenever it determines that continued membership is not in the best interests of the network. Grounds may include, but are not limited to: repeated failure to respond to clients in a reasonable time; multiple substantiated customer complaints; non-payment of membership fees or other financial obligations to NCS; fraudulent, unethical, or illegal conduct; misrepresentation of licensing, insurance, or qualifications; or conduct that may damage the reputation or integrity of NCS. NCS's decision shall be final.

10. Wait List Replacement

Upon suspension or termination, NCS may immediately offer the available membership position to a qualified business on the applicable waiting list. Former members have no right to reinstatement or to reclaim an exclusive position.

11. No Property Right

Membership in NCS is a revocable privilege and not a vested property right. Members acquire no ownership interest in an exclusive territory, trade category, or membership position.

Terms of Service

Scroll the box below to read the Terms of Service.

NCS Contractor Membership — $199/month

Recurring monthly membership. Membership provides access to the NCS network and applicable member benefits and does not guarantee projects, leads, customers, or revenue.

NO GUARANTEE OF PROJECTS, LEADS OR REVENUE

NCS membership is a membership-based service and is not the purchase of leads, projects, contracts, customers, or guaranteed business. NCS does not guarantee any minimum number, frequency, type, or value of project requests, introductions, referrals, opportunities, contracts, customers, or revenue.

Membership access and benefits

Membership provides access to the NCS platform and applicable member benefits, which may include member positioning, business and professional resources, industry information, professional connections, and project or service opportunities as they become available. Opportunity volume may vary significantly based on trade, service category, territory, seasonality, market conditions, client demand, and other factors outside NCS’s control.

Introductions and third parties

NCS may facilitate introductions or connections between members and third parties; however, NCS does not control or guarantee whether any party will contact, hire, retain, contract with, or continue a business relationship with a member.

Limited / exclusive network

References to NCS’s “exclusive” or “limited” network mean that NCS limits participation within designated trades, service categories, and/or territories. Such language does not mean that a member is the sole provider of a particular trade or service within a territory unless NCS expressly agrees otherwise in writing. The operational participation limit for a given trade and territory is set by NCS and may change.

Membership fees

Membership fees are paid for participation in and access to NCS and its applicable membership benefits and are not contingent upon the receipt or successful conversion of any particular project, request, introduction, or business opportunity. Members may cancel their membership in accordance with NCS’s cancellation terms.

National Contractor Service

A Different Approach Than Traditional Lead Platforms

Many contractors are frustrated with modern lead generation systems. High competition, recycled leads, rising costs, and poor-quality inquiries have made it difficult for contractors to see long-term value from many large platforms.

National Contractor Service is structured differently. Our goal is to build a more organized contractor network based on service area coverage, trade specialization, and long-term relationships. Instead of overwhelming contractors with excessive competition, we focus on creating a more controlled system where contractor participation is limited by region and category.

R

Who Typically Applies

We often hear from established local contractors, growing service companies, owner-operated trades businesses, multi-crew contractors, residential specialists, commercial service providers, and regional companies expanding coverage.

FAQ

Common Questions from Contractors

Is there a fee to join?

Yes. Contractor membership is $199 per month. The membership fee provides access to the NCS network, contractor platform, member benefits, and applicable business opportunities. Membership does not guarantee a specific number of projects, leads, or referrals.

How are project requests routed?
Requests are reviewed and matched based on trade category, service area, and contractor availability. They are not automatically blasted to every contractor in the system. An admin reviews each request and routes it to the most appropriate contractor.
What trades are you currently accepting?
We are accepting contractors across all supported trades. Availability depends on your location and whether there is capacity in your trade and service area.
What if my trade and area are full?
You will be placed on a free waitlist. When a spot opens, you will be notified and can complete your enrollment at that time.
